EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION
Clayton Area Rescue is currently accepting applications a full-time EMT-Intermediate, and EMT-Paramedic to fill vacancies. Both positions are for 24 hours on 48 hours off shifts.
We are a combination career and volunteer department in Johnston County North Carolina. Clayton has the highest call volume in the county and is projected to respond to over 5000 calls this year. We serve an area over 110 square miles, out of two stations and utilize aggressive protocols including CPAP, RSI and adult IO infusions. Applicants should be highly motivated, professional, and seek excellence. Other qualifications include:
- 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- NCOEMS certification to level you are applying for
- Must have or be able to obtain: ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS
Applicants are required to submit a criminal record and 7 year driving history with an application and resume. Applications without this information will not be considered.
Application process: If selected, you will be invited for an interview including a practical and written evaluation.
